Legal and Privacy Notice
The Initial Profile Review is a preliminary operational review. It is not legal advice, a visa or immigration assessment, admission, a job offer, or a guarantee of travel, residence, relocation, programme progression, or any decision by a public authority or partner institution.
Institutional scope
EuroLegalBridge provides coordination, preparation, orientation, documentation discipline, and pathway-related support in connection with selected institutional and professional partners. Professional legal consultants may participate where appropriate. Any possible next step remains subject to individual review, documentation, applicable requirements, timing, capacity, and the decisions of the competent organisations or authorities.
Information collected through the Initial Profile Review
The form may collect the candidate’s name, telephone number, optional email address, country, city or governorate, age range, qualification level, professional field, experience range, principal objective, English communication level, intended starting timeframe, preferred contact time, and a short motivation statement.
No passport, national identity document, bank statement, medical record, or other sensitive document should be submitted through the public form.
Purpose of processing
Submitted information is recorded in the controlled ESA/EuroLegalBridge candidate relationship management workflow for preliminary profile review, validation, contact normalisation, identity matching, duplicate prevention, campaign attribution, operational assignment, authorised follow-up, quality control, and audit evidence.
Every submission may be retained as an intake event. A repeated submission may be linked to an existing lead rather than creating a second operational card. The public response does not disclose whether a person is new, duplicated, prioritised, or assigned to a particular employee.
Internal classification and human review
Answers may support an internal readiness or review classification. This classification is not shown publicly and must not be treated as an automatic legal, immigration, admission, or employment determination. Human staff remain responsible for qualification and any later progression decision.
Advertising and source attribution
Where present, the website may record campaign and referral information such as UTM parameters, Meta campaign identifiers, click identifiers, landing-page details, and first- and latest-touch attribution. This information supports campaign reporting, duplicate control, and measurement of the operational pathway.
Meta measurement tools remain disabled unless a valid EuroLegalBridge dataset is configured and the visitor has actively allowed advertising measurement. When enabled with consent, the Meta Pixel may receive limited website-event and matching information needed for measurement, such as PageView, accepted CompleteRegistration, event identifiers, browser identifiers, source URL, and appropriately minimised or hashed contact identifiers through the trusted server route. Passport data, legal-office notes, financial documents, medical information, and free-text motivation are not sent to Meta.
Contact and communications
Operational consent allows EuroLegalBridge to contact the candidate by telephone or WhatsApp regarding the submitted profile and possible next steps. Optional consent for general updates is separate and may be withdrawn. Submission alone does not create a candidate portal account, legal case, appointment, payment obligation, or programme admission.
Security and access
Public browser code does not contain the private CRM intake secret. Submissions are sent through a trusted same-origin server endpoint. Client IP evidence is hashed before forwarding; raw client IP addresses are not intentionally forwarded to the CRM intake. Access to lead information is restricted according to staff responsibilities.
