Legal and Privacy Notice

The Initial Profile Review is a preliminary operational application for ESA Elite Global Pathway. Submission is free, does not reserve a place, and does not create a payment obligation. The entire ESA Elite Global Pathway operates under the institutional supervision of the European Scholarships Association (ESA). It is a participant-funded professional training programme costing €4,000 in total, payable in two €2,000 instalments, and not a funded scholarship. Programme enrolment and any later legal service remain subject to the applicable agreements and requirements. The European host partner issues the next-stage invitation following attendance at all scheduled ESA Elite sessions and payment of the second €2,000 instalment. The European stage takes place with an ESA partner institution in Europe, according to programme arrangements. Official travel authorisations remain subject to decisions by the competent authorities, including consular authorities.

Information collected

The v3 form may collect name, telephone number, optional email address, current work status, professional field or area of study, self-assessed English training readiness, intended enrolment timeframe, passport availability, residence governorate or country and city, and a short programme motivation statement.

The public form does not request passport numbers, bank-account numbers, document uploads, exact salary, employer names, medical information, or detailed visa history.

Financial-readiness questions

The application displays the financial-readiness questions directly so applicants can see the complete screening request without activating a separate consent box. Each financial question can be answered normally or with “I prefer not to say now.” The questions cover programme-payment readiness, an approximate personal bank-balance band, an approximate monthly personal net-income band, income stability, and a high-level indication of whether documents explaining the source of funds may be available.

No bank-account number, bank statement, employer name, exact salary, or financial document is requested through this application. Selecting “I prefer not to say now” is permitted and does not block submission. A financial answer, income band or balance band does not guarantee a visa or any other outcome.

Purpose of processing

Submitted information is recorded in the controlled ESA/EuroLegalBridge candidate relationship management workflow for preliminary review, contact normalisation, identity matching, duplicate prevention, source attribution, operational assignment, authorised follow-up, quality control, and audit evidence.

Every legitimate submission may be retained as an intake event. A repeated submission may be linked to an existing lead rather than creating a second operational card. The public response does not reveal duplicate status, internal priority, human classification, or assignment.

Commercial-readiness scoring and human review

The v3 application uses a deterministic internal commercial-readiness score to help prioritise call-centre follow-up for the paid €4,000 programme. The score is calculated from fixed answer weights and stored with an A, B, or C commercial-readiness class and a scoring-version identifier. The authoritative score is recalculated on the trusted server and is not taken from a browser-supplied value.

This score concerns commercial follow-up priority only. It is not a legal assessment, visa prediction, admission decision, scholarship decision, or determination by any public authority. A single answer does not automatically accept or reject an applicant. Applicants who do not provide optional financial information may receive a provisional prioritisation that cannot become Class A until financial readiness is clarified.

Advertising and source attribution

Where present, the website may record campaign and referral information such as UTM parameters, Meta campaign identifiers, click identifiers, landing-page details, and first- and latest-touch attribution for campaign measurement and operational analysis.

Financial-readiness answers, monthly income and income-stability bands, the free-text motivation statement, passport-readiness information, the commercial-readiness score/class/breakdown, and financially derived internal classifications are CRM-only and are not intentionally sent in Meta events, advertising audiences, URLs, routine analytics payloads, or routine application logs. Meta measurement remains separately consent-gated and uses only the limited event and matching information configured for that purpose.

Final acknowledgement and communications

At the end of the application, one required acknowledgement covers the programme-price notice, operational telephone/WhatsApp contact, and processing of the information submitted for initial review, duplicate prevention, internal commercial-readiness prioritisation, appropriate assignment and follow-up under applicable Egyptian personal-data-protection law and this privacy notice. Optional marketing consent is a separate second checkbox, unchecked by default, and may be withdrawn. Applicants can submit without agreeing to marketing communications.

Security and access

Public browser code does not contain the private CRM intake secret. Submissions use a trusted same-origin server endpoint. Client IP evidence is hashed before forwarding; raw client IP addresses are not intentionally forwarded to the CRM intake. Access to candidate information is restricted according to staff responsibilities.
